About Us
It all began with a small exclusive tobacco shop in Victoria, London 28 years ago. The shop was then sold on within the family with a view to setting up a more traditional smokers shop
The new shop was set up in the heart of London's shopping district, on Oxford Street opposite New Bond Street in 1988 trading as Bonds of Oxford Street. The shop quickly became a well known name in the trade and established a world wide client base.
Bonds has served a large client base including well known celebrities from cinema, television and music, sports personalities, politicians and supplying of props to the film and television industry. A significant number of customers come to us for our variety and knowledge of the key products supplied such as pipes, lighters, cigars, tobacco and other accessories.
Due to rising costs on Oxford Street and new government legislation being introduced we decided to close the shop and transfer the business to the internet. It was a sad day in July 2005 after 17 years of trading on Oxford Street.
We now offer customers an excellent mail order service where you can order by phone or from our online shop or alternately visit us to purchase on site with free customer parking and we accept payment by card or cash.
Being in this business for nearly 30 years our most important commitment being providing you with our dedication to customer service and your complete satisfaction.
